It's been a while since I've been here, not because I'm already 100% overcome if not because I don't see the need, I don't see him with sadness anymore, it only makes me angry because not even 2 months have passed and he is already talking to someone, even though I also do it I don't love him enough and it's not true, on the other hand I know that his is "true" with that girl and I already overcome myself hopefully I have the same type of improvement as him.

i really feel that part about knowing his new thing is “true” because i’ve done that too, convincing myself their new relationship must mean they loved each other more. do you think you’re actually jealous of her, or does it hurt more that he seems okay without you?
i used to compare my healing to my ex’s too, and it made me feel like i was losing some race i never agreed to run. honestly, i had to stop measuring my progress by who found someone first.
my ex has done the same but it feels raw for me, I can’t wait to be at this point, I need to stop letting him get in my head he’s already moving on.
that weird stage where the sadness turns into anger and you realize you’re actually starting to see them differently. seeing an ex move on so quickly can still sting like hell, even when you know you’re moving forward too
