Why i can't stop checking his friends' social media

i’m proud of you for resisting because damn, that urge can feel STRONG. i started treating every time i didn’t check as a tiny win, even when it felt ridiculous at first.

i used to check my ex’s friends’ socials just to feel close to what was happening, and every time i did, i ended up hurting myself more.

I would say, you are making the right decision to resist, because out of sight is out of mind! you’ve got this girl 💪🏼
