After a single long-term relationship of six years I'm finding it surprisingly hard to get anyone to commit. To make matters worse my last two situationships ended the exact same way: both guys ghosted me and got back together with their exes.
Having this happen once is bad luck but twice in a row is insane. What is happening? Am I somehow driving men back to their exes or is this just typical bad behavior on their part?

Nah, men are definitely stupid. I left flowers on my exs doorstep just because I moved back to town. The day after a snow storm.
