i remember sending 15 texts in a row to my ex while watching the bubbles never turn to read, and it literally made me feel like i was losing my actual mind. the silence is a weapon, and it hurts so BAD.
the only thing that stopped me from typing text number 21 was handing my phone over to my sister and telling her to change my passcode for the night. getting your hands off the screen forces that initial panic wave to pass without giving him more leverage over you.
I did the same thing now I feel like it was wrong. what was the use of being vanurable and honest when I'm trying to fix things alone? They won't reply until they feel they are ready themselves.
is he doing this because you two had a fight, or did he just randomly go cold and stop replying out of nowhere?

I can relate. That has always been a issue. One of my problems is overly texting. It hurts you more when they don’t respond and you just keep on reaching out. Not understanding why they simply just can’t respond. I don’t get it either
