he told me he deleted snap for a long time and he had but when he was on his trip he redownloaded it and I asked him to add me when I was down there visiting him. he said he would if he ever redownloaded it. he now has it and the pain hurts now more than ever because he could be messaging anyone on there. he could’ve met someone on his trip back home and I was begging him to talk to me while he was adding someone on there.
I’m not sure how to take it because he’s still ignoring me and I’m not messaging or calling anymore. it just hurts knowing he did that.

that knot in your stomach from seeing an ex active on an app while actively ignoring you is pure agony. i spent a whole weekend obsessing over my ex's snap score jumping up while my texts sat unread, and it drove me completely out of my mind. knowing they're choosing to connect with strangers while giving you total silence is a whole different level of pain
deleting snap off your phone right now is the best thing you can do for your sanity. out of sight won't fix the hurt instantly, but stopping yourself from checking his status every ten minutes keeps you from pouring salt in the wound.
did he go total radio silent right after that trip, or were you guys already on thin ice before he left?
we were fine before he left, he was busy and i understand that and he answered me one day and now it’s almost been a week since we talked. I didn’t find out he redownloaded it till I started spamming him (embarrassing I know) like 2 days after he last messaged me.
I understand you love but you need to be strong. you deserve so much better. It might take you decades to heal but you will. I believe in you. stop begging him. if you are here, it's because you really cared and are a good person. there's someone out there for you. if he won't reach out, leave him. focus on your healing. 🫂🫶🏾
