Me and my ex were together for only 75 days but she was everything to me. she was my first kiss my first everything. Iv been through bad breakups before but this is something else. I just woke up and she left me. keep in mind im 14 and im very emotionally attached to this girl who i love very much. she said she lost feelings and likes her ex. should we stay friends? should I cut contact? I just wanna cry and sh but ik I shouldn’t. I have trouble believing I’ll find someone again. idk what to do. help me:(

You need to cut contract until you are fully healed. Otherwise, every time you see her, your heart will be ripped open again. Trust me. No contact is the way to go. I'm on day 480 of no contact.

hi. according to me personally, i think it was a really good decision to not remain friends as much as it hurts bcus ppl sometimes want to remain in your life for attention.. im 24 and im well aware of what this can lead to from mine and my friends past experiences.. they will again hurt u later if not now... for example if they again lose their ex theyll come back to u cus yr their backup or theyll come back when theyre bored... this way you are protected. protect yourself, thats all that matters in the end.. cus in the end you only have you.
i’ve had to step back from friendship with an ex when i was still in love with them. every little text kept the wound open for me, so i gave myself some distance instead of trying to act okay around him.
my ex asked if we can be friends aswell, I said no.. but maybe I should have said yes, maybe to rebuild or just to have them in my life? idk what would you say you think is best?
