I lost 9 kg in one week, and now my weight is 45 kg. I’m taking antidepressants now because I can’t control my thoughts. But I’m still trying to continue my master’s degree.
I’m doing no contact. I write down the negative things about his behavior in a book and reread them every time I want to text him. It kind of works, but I still can’t move on.
He looks like my dad, who passed away three years ago. He is very handy and can build almost anything, even a house. He is smart and can earn good money. I see only the advantages in him and still look at him almost like a god, even after four years.
I can’t accept that he simply lost his feelings and interest in me. All the positive intentions and feelings between us just disappeared, and he started texting me so dryly before our breakup, as if I meant nothing to him.
It hurts so much.
I started dancing and working a lot, but nothing really clears my mind.
Do you have any suggestions or life hacks for how I can just move on?

i had to stop trying to convince myself he was a bad person and start letting myself see the WHOLE person, including the parts that hurt me. writing down the things that happened sounds like it’s helping you catch the fantasy when your mind starts putting him on a pedestal.
you think some of what you’re mourning is him, and some of it is the feeling of losing someone who felt familiar and safe?
you got this, when me and him broke up the first time I lost over 40 pounds in 2 weeks it dose get better you just have to believe that it will
You got this . Those thoughts are all part of healing let everything happen accordingly . Cry, take the antidepressants, lose the weight, feel like the world is coming to an end, the loneliness. It's all part of the healing process and remember it it's meant to be it will be . You don't have to beat yourself up or force things just because you thought there was a future . 4 years is a long time to get over someone and I'm sure both of you were invested and the sudden change must have hurt but forgive him, forgive yourself that way it will be easier to move on. I was on a serious relationship after a week my ex and I broke up we used to speak about IT , it helped so do that if possible if you can't talk to someone else, pray or journal your feelings
same losing my appetite and feeling like my whole body was carrying the breakup with me. i also idealized my ex for a long time, especially because certain things about him reminded me of someone i’d already lost, and that made letting go feel even more impossible.
wow.you are incredible. be proud of yourself. it is temporary.
