we both were madly in love with each other its been a year since we broke up none of us is able to move on, we did everything in power still failed. Now we are trying no contact to work. We broke up because of pressure from family. They didn't let us stay together.

that kind of breakup is a whole different type of pain. sitting there knowing you both still love each other deeply while outside forces rip you apart feels so helpless, and i spent over a year crying over my ex for the exact same reason before my heart finally accepted it. it hurts so MUCH when nothing actually went wrong between the two of you.
In India its different, his parents lives with him and want to continue living like that stating he is the only son, but they dont like me hence they separated us and since they were the one who separated us I hate them too and don't want to live with them but that makes you a bad girl.
what finally helped me survive no contact was changing my mindset from "we failed" to "we loved each other as hard as we could with the cards we were dealt." accept that you gave it your all, and try to focus on taking care of yourself today instead of fighting a reality that neither of you could control.
are your families still actively keeping tabs on you two, or is the distance mostly self-imposed now so you can try to heal?
Your family doesnt live your life. You should be able to be with who you love.
