so my I am in no contact with someone who is also my neighbour. we were in a relationship kinda situation. there was a lot of break ups and patch-up within this less than 5 months relationship of ours. I hope and pray this is the last one. I am the one who is always trying for patch-up and make things work. But I am soo done. I decided I won't go to him anymore. I know it's a messed up situation. I got sick yesterday. like really sick. and I don't have anyone to call. I am soo tempted to call my ex /neighbour for help. I don't know what to do.

someone who lives so close you can almost reach for them without thinking. getting sick and having nobody to call makes that urge hit SO much harder.
when i’m tempted to break no contact because i need comfort, i give myself a little time before making that call. i can miss someone badly and still choose not to reopen the same cycle.
this hurt to read because you sound really done, but also really alone right now. if you called him tonight, do you think you’d want his help because you trust him, or because he’s the person you’re used to reaching for when things get hard?
yeah it was a pretty toxic cycle of push and pulls. He is a classic avoidant if there is any fight. then would stop talking completely.
anyways since I live alone and I don't have any family at all I am always very scared especially when I get sick. there is a limit of what I could ask from friends right.
There isnt a service that you can call instead for help? That sounds like a pretty toxic cycle if it was lots of breakups in 5 months..
