There are days where I feel so alone. No friends, family, or anyone I can comfortably talk to about my struggles and depression. I wouldn't want to bother them too. These are also the days I miss my ex the most, the days where I want to break no contact and ask to start again. Sometimes I even want to ask if he wants to be friends, just to break the loneliness. Don't tell me to do hobbies or "try new stuff". I won't even have the energy or mental state to even do that.

I moved across the country from California to West Virginia to be with my ex. Twice. I hate it here. I know barely anyone. He knows that and it hurts that he doesn’t even check on me. How could he love me for a year and now just be done. he’s even told me I’ve been his best friend for so long it’s hard to not talk. But then sometimes I think talking to them just makes it worse if they aren’t willing to stay.
i know that kind of loneliness, where missing your ex feels almost physical because they're the one person your brain keeps reaching for. i've had nights where i wanted to text mine just because the silence felt unbearable.
when i was that drained, the only thing that helped me was making the goal smaller than “feel better”, sometimes it was just getting through the next hour without contacting my ex, because i knew i'd be reaching for him out of loneliness, not because anything had actually changed.
it sounds like you're carrying the loneliness and depression mostly by yourself. if you could have one person beside you tonight, what would you want them to understand about what this feels like?
i relate to this 100%. i dont have actually anybody.. I just feel like wanting to sleep and never wake up
yeah i relate to it too tbh
I don't have a family. I have very few friends with whom I can talk about my struggles openly. I don't feel like disturbing them all the time. so I know how you feel. I don't know anything else than to say sit with your loneliness. maybe find a comfort show and watch it. but for sometime you have to sit with your loneliness.
