my ex pulled the whole "i'm doing this for your own good" speech when he left, and it felt like such a patronizing slap in the face while my world was falling apart. feeling hopeless right now is so completely normal when someone else unilaterally decides what is best for your life
I feel like is she really cared about me she would have at least let me have a say in the decision, but I guess she never valued me more then she pitted herself
what got me through those first impossible nights was focusing purely on the next ten minutes, just grabbing a glass of water or stepping outside for fresh air, because trying to figure out how to live without them all at once is way too heavy.
did she give you any actual space to speak your mind, or did she just drop this decision on you and walk away?
she just left I told her it made me feel worthless how she’d always just try to leave instead of talk with me but she was so sweet when I wasn’t being a problem yk?

she kept hurting me but instead of apologizing she would feel bad and try to leave
@TurboDash782 Yeah it does sound like for the better then. She seems incapable of emotional repair and having hard conversations. Which are pretty important for a healthy relationship
