I really really want to call him earlier. I really felt like I was about to break the No Contact. But I managed to push through, although with a price.. I may have pushed through today, but I became more insistent on calling him in our supposed to be anniversary in November. Let's see where my heart takes me.

sitting on the floor staring at my phone on what would have been our three year anniversary, full on trembling because every bone in my body wanted to reach out. sticking to no contact today is a huge WIN even if your mind is already bargaining about november
when those future dates started looming was deciding to make plans with a close friend on that exact day so i literally couldn't be alone with my phone. taking away the option ahead of time saved me from breaking down.
