After six weeks of no contact an ex I dated for six months—who I suspect is a fearful avoidant—suddenly liked a six-year-old Instagram post of mine. She has watched all my stories while I've ignored hers and during our emotional breakup she promised to reach out once she got out of her head and into a better place.
I left the door open for her and while I desperately want to give us another chance I'm now spiraling over what to do. Could this deep-like be a timid attempt to re-establish contact after six weeks of total silence from me? Should I break my silence to acknowledge her interaction or stay the course with strict no contact?

you think you’d be okay with whatever she says if you break no contact, even if it’s vague or she pulls away again?
i’d leave the like alone for now. if she wants to reopen that door, she can use actual words, because guessing what a deep-like means kept me stuck way longer than the breakup did.
my ex of 4 years and 11 months also liked and unliked my post and hes the one who was being rude when i last talked to him and he also unfollowed me and he is stalking me
i know that spiral way too well. my ex once liked some ancient post after weeks of silence and i spent DAYS turning one tiny click into a whole conversation that never happened
