He stopped following me and just walked on, as if I'd never mattered in his life.
It's been three days since we broke up, how can he leave so quickly while I'm suffering every day trying to stop thinking about him?
I was still hoping for some change, or that he would at least try to ask if I was okay.
I'll never be able to believe that the same boy I fell in love with is treating me like this, so disposable.
I feel like nothing I did for him really mattered.
I feel like dying

sitting on my bathroom floor three days in, sobbing until i threw up because my ex unfollowed me and acted like our five years together meant absolutely nothing. feeling disposable after giving your whole heart to someone is the most sickening pain in the world, but please know you do matter, and you aren't alone in this darkness.
i know everything feels pitch black right now, but please take things one minute at a time and drink a small glass of water
this has to be an incredibly hard time for you breakups are never fully even I'm going through a similar situation myself, a girl I knew for half a decade seemingly discarded me and I felt alone. but understand that your self-worth is not tied to how he feels about you, he clearly didn't know how to treat someone who cared about him. eventually he will be feeling the pain and regret from the relationship, all of that pain is hitting you right now like a truck. but you are completely valid in what you're feeling, and it's very easy to lose yourself in all of this pain. don't give up on yourself, take it one day at a time.
he just cut off contact all of a sudden out of nowhere, or were you guys having arguments before he walked away
I wouldn't call them fights, since he was always very calm and understanding, but I constantly had to ask him to set aside some time for us. He would always agree right away and say I was right, but in the end, he never made any effort to change.
