It’s been a month and two weeks since she cheated on me and I’m still stuck spiraling. It feels so unfair that I’m the one suffering when I’m the one who got done dirty.
I hate that I can’t stop loving her and I wish moving on was easy. Part of me wants her to live with regret every single day but deep down I know she doesn't care. She’s out there living her life and feeling happy while I’m left behind in all this pain.
I hate how deeply I love people who don't deserve an ounce of it.

If it helps, people like that generally hate themselves a lot in reality, and put on a facade of happiness.
They will continue hurting themselves many times over unless/until they stop. It's unfortunate how many innocent people get hurt in the collateral damage though.
you dont have to stop loving her right away. Just give yourself time to heal
Stay strong.. same feeling.
I hate loving people so much when those same people aren't so deserving of it.
Your last sentence very much hits home for me. I love very deeply too and there are always some people in my life that do not deserve it. It is hard but I try to see the deep love I have to give as one of my biggest strenghts and right now I am the one that derserve that deep love from myself the most. Not sure if that helps at all but I wish you a lot of selflove today because you deserve it.
Tell me about it it’s brutal. Keep busy the suffering doesn’t get easier, it gets lighter.
she sounds awful, and no it isn't fair. but you have to realize all of this happiness that she's living off of is all built in the people that she hurt. people who build the foundation like that never have something that truly lasts.
