for past 2 days he’s been stalking my old reposts, liking it and liking a lot of reels as he’s missing me and i deserve better and how everything’s his fault..so today his friend reached out and asked me how are you, did you guys aort out..his brain connection goes loose sometimes so he behaves this way..i will talk to him and all..idk im confused! what does he need

what finally gave me my peace back was ignoring the friend and blocking his social accounts so i couldn't see what he was liking anymore. if he really wants you back, he won't hide behind likes and a messenger, he will step up and say it directly to your face.
my ex did the exact same thing, liking months-old posts and sending soft sad reels through mutual friends right after he broke my heart, but he never actually picked up the phone to say "i made a mistake and i want to fix this." it felt like he wanted me thinking about him without him actually taking any real responsibility.
did his friend sound like he sent him to check on you, or was the friend just prying on his own
block him and his friends do not engage make new profile or lock down your current one protect your peace
