the first few weeks of no contact were brutal for me. i had to stop treating every painful day like proof i was making no progress.
be with it and I know it sucks, but thats the way
hitting that 20-day mark and thinking i should feel better by now. i still missed him like crazy, and some days the silence hurt worse than the breakup itself
