officially broke up our 4 year relationship yesterday, she sent me a breakup letter 15 days ago and yesterday I tried to apologize and ask for a second change, and she told me to move on, I'm not sure what I can do now to get her back, but I believe in the end the only way to get her back to is to change myself for the good and see in the future if there's a new opportunity window to meet her in the future, but also if she's so firmed right now, how long should I be waiting to contact her back to see if she's ok to meet up again? 6 months or a year? I need advise tho

honestly, man, i'd stop counting down to 6 months or a year. when i was in your shoes, waiting for the right time to reach out kept me stuck, and i couldn't tell if i was growing for myself or just trying to win her back.
when you think about changing yourself for the good, are those things you genuinely want to change for your own life, or are they mostly the things you think might make her come back?
four years is a long time to let go of, and i remember bargaining with my ex too, thinking if i could just change enough, maybe she'd give me another chance. it's so hard to accept when you're still ready to fight for it and they're already saying goodbye.
