You are not someone who can have a straight talk, you are so underconfident, you're a man child.
These were the sentences I would never forget and what she said to me. it's been more than seventy days since i initiated anything and yes it was fkin hard...i cried like a dog, went to temples for her but yeah....it was not her mistakes, it was mine.
but today I'm doing 90% better than what I was, met a girl (yes she is very beautiful) but i know myself now, I don't rush process and can't chase anyone, and I'm happy with myself.
So yes i still miss her, and think of her but it's okay... I'm human right? I'm allowed to do that.
I'm working on making my attachment style more secure and heal from all my past trauma, and create a life that i always dreamt of.
So if you are someone who is going through what I had been so just understand that just give that love to yourself that you were giving to other person, it's okay to cry, and feel sad...but just be take care if yourself, let the time work.

, being called a man child by someone you loved can really stick with you. i've had an ex's words living in my head for months, and it took me so long to realize their words didn't have to become my own voice
the part about still missing her while being 90% better hit me. i used to think healing meant i had to stop caring completely, but i got so much more peaceful when i let myself miss someone without reaching out.
you met this new girl, did you notice yourself reacting differently than you would have before, like being less afraid of losing someone or needing their validation?
Yes i did.
