that tiny victory of lasting hours followed by the instant gut punch of caving and sending a snap. i broke my own streak on day three over a stupid cat meme, and the shame right after is so heavy
i stop punishing myself for those slips was hiding his name completely so my fingers couldn't tap it on autopilot when my guard was down.
maybe mind the impulse next time
are you able to delete the app for just one full day so your hands don't have the option to relapse again
