I know I shouldn't wonder about anything. doesn't matter what she thinks or how she feels. these are things I will never know. stuff like that keeps you in the loop and with that being said I am still sort of in the loop. sometimes I go weeks without thinking of her often. and then for a 3 week stretch it'll be all I think about. the sadness will come in. I really got to stop doing this.

i'd go weeks feeling like i was finally okay, then suddenly my ex would be on my mind ALL day and i'd wonder if i'd lost all the progress i'd made.
i don't need to know what my ex thinks to keep moving forward. i still had those weeks where it hurt like hell, but i stopped treating herlike i'd failed somehow
when those three-week stretches hit, is it usually something that reminds you of her, or does the sadness just creep in out of nowhere?
I think that healing doesn’t manifest in a straight line, but more in waves. I am going through the same thing: the first month I felt somehow great and strong, the second month completely miserable, now I’m in between obsessing about him wondering if he’s missing me and thinking that I’m much better without him. Yes it’s exhausting!
But I feel that every wave is there to make you process something new. If you allow it in and sit with the feelings, it’s gonna pass too. Then a new feeling will come, and so on. You’re doing everything right, sending big support hug!
it's ok to get sad and miss them because we have pure feelings and we are true people we are not like them who come in your life play and vanish the pain inside us i know it hurts but it also show that we are really people and at least we don't play with anyone's feelings (this is what i thinks) ❤️🩹everything will be ok ♥️
