I was posting poems because I love them and he messaged. I thought it would've been like an apology or something but nope. it was to say that I still had a lot more to tell him because I was "posting poems" and I explained to him that I just love them. I was calm this time, not the "OMG HE FINALLY MESSAGED ME" person I was before. He mentioned that I left my scent on his T-shirt. Should've been like "awww" but nope. I responded with "I can get you a new T-shirt if you want" and I didn't realize how it sounded until just now(he messaged last night) so then he said "nah, I don't want a new one" so I said "or you want it to be washed? can wash it yourself" and he responded with "nah I'll wash it............. eventually" and no I never expected to not feed into his ego but that conversation made me feel like I had my power back.
