Trying to understand something with no contact. Do I block my ex in order to be successful with it or keep him unblocked but just avoid responding?

You don’t have to block them unless it helps you stick to no contact
Blocking can be helpful if you’re struggling to move on but it’s totally up to you and your boundaries.
If seeing their name pop up is too tempting blocking might be the way to go. Do what’s best for your peace
If keeping them unblocked feels manageable that’s fine too. Just make sure you’re prioritizing your healing
Honestly it depends on what feels right for you. Blocking can help if you need a clean break.
I am also stuck with this question. Although seems they are also not going to come back but still to fully detach I feel like I should block her.
If he texts and it triggers you ,You can try Blocking him as well
whatever works for you... if you get triggered by their texts into responding you can block.
No content means no talking texting, calling or anything with communication 💯 If you can do block him.
