there was a typhoon here yesterday and i can’t help but think about how they’re doing. a while ago, i messaged him and we talked but only for a short while. we met last night too and he still looked at me warmly, like he missed me too.

after the big storm last year i found myself worrying about my ex too. it’s wild how those moments pull old feelings back up, even when you’ve been doing fine. seeing them look at you like that… it hits a part of you that still remembers being safe with them.
