she broke up with me because she didn't love me anymore,I' m on erasmus for 5 more weeks. It's so fucking hard to go from chatting all day long to nothing at all. Broken up while calling... I can give it a place in some way maybe we we were not meant to be, and I understand in some way that maybe I wasn't enough. BUT still the feeling is not an easy thing you can think away, or "give a place". any tips on how to handle this continuous feeling? It mostly kills me when I'm bored in class or hangover or wake up in the middle of the night.(I didn't even have a decent end conversation :( )

did she give you any reason at all or was it just the “i don’t love you anymore” line? sometimes the suddenness makes the pain so much worse.
no reason, she couldn't explain it herself :(
actually forcing myself to fill the empty spaces so the thoughts don’t eat me alive. nights and hangovers always hit the hardest, so be gentle with yourself there.
my ex told me she “didn’t feel the same anymore” while i was abroad too. going from talking all day to total silence felt like a death. you’re not crazy for hurting like this.
any tips on how to handle this?
