I find out he was talking to someone else and even went on a date. he's in honeymoon phase constant talkin with her someone saw him texting giggling. is that so easy to forget 5 years together and 4 years of college together. but the girl and him both denied to be in a relationship says they are only flirting. one time i met him because I went to his office he showed care for me I feel he still loves me. will he ever come back or gone forever

i’m gonna be real with you, when someone is already talking to someone else and acting like that, i had to accept they were stepping away even if they still showed bits of care.
The feeling is terrible. Being replaced afer 5 years. but you cant drag him back now, especially during the honeymoon.
5 years doesn’t just disappear, seeing my ex move on fast too and it felt like everything we had meant nothing. that giggling, the new energy, it cuts deep
hey.. it sucks when it is over, even more when we are so quickly replaced. I am in the same boat and it's only done because he sent me a text meant for her and is how I found out. It stings but like me feel bad for this side piece (if they cheat with you they will cheat on you and that includes emotional cheating too). They won't last and you need to be strong enough when that happens to make the right choices for you and your heart, peace of mind (and self respect)
