I've been with her for 3 years and lots of up and downs. I really loved her and thought that we would have a future together then 3 weeks ago she ended it. Treats me like a stranger, she suddenly became someone I didn't know. I sprial sometimes, she cold to be me but warm with others, I haven't seen her for 2 weeks now since I dropped off the key fob to her place, everything feels more empty

my ex flipped like that too, one day we were everything and the next i was nobody, like i imagined it all. that empty after you return their stuff… it’s a different kind of quiet
i understand completely they were a part of you for so long and left just like that it hurts I get it, but now’s the time when you put yourself first if they loved you they wouldn’t have left you or been able to hurt you the way they did that’s not your person and they proved it
Don't contact her. Don't reach out. Don't try to change her mind. Don't pressure her to act warm with you again. Accept the reality. She can't give you love right now. Let her be. Walk your own path. Yes it will suck. But you gotta do it.
