My ex and I broke up about 2 months ago, and 2 weeks ago we had our last conversation. Since then we haven’t talked, however we never really agreed on what would happen, so we didn’t agree to “no contact” or anything like that, neither of us have each other blocked or unadded on anything. So what would you call this?

im in the same boat. I dont have him blocked on anything, but I make sure i only go on socials once a day to prevent me seeing anything about him
i’ve been in that exact in-between… not together, not fully gone either. we never said “no contact” but the silence just kinda took over anyway, and it felt confusing as hell.
it’s no contact but keeping a line open because letting go is so hard. you should remove her and be kind to yourself
