i thought i can feel better but now i m having dreams of getting back everyday w my 3 yr relationship which ended 3months ago ..the moment i wake up the dreams plays all over again and u get so numb he left me as i meant nothing to him and never tried to reach out again

i kept dreaming we got back together and every morning felt like getting dumped all over again. those dreams can be so cruel when your heart still hasn't caught up
i've been there, and one thing that helped me was reminding myself that dreams aren't messages or signs. for me they were just all the hope and hurt looking for somewhere to go while i slept.
three months is still so fresh after a 3 year relationship. i'm wondering, was the breakup completely out of nowhere, or did you see it coming before he left?
stay away from social media and platforms that remind you of him. build distance so your mind can let go.
