obviously because I can’t help myself I broke no contact I lasted four days. wrote a heartfelt email to be ignored can’t say I’m surprised. why do I do this to myself in the moment I understood why but now I’m annoyed at myself.

when you sent the email, were you hoping for a specific response from them or did you just need them to finally hear what was on your mind?
i once broke no contact after a week and sent this long message i poured my heart into, then got absolutely nothing back. that silence hurt more than if he'd just said something cruel.
