Hi, I broke no contact because I got this strange feeling that my ex wasn’t okay. I was worried about him. It is really hard healing and being worried about your ex knowing he doesn’t have anyone to lean on.

I think you should be proud of how big your heart is. I’m sure it wasn’t easy to do that. but also remember you’re allowed to take care of yourself too.
That's really stressful, it is so so hard seeing someone we love struggl. There was a time with an ex of mine whome I had lost contact with that i would feel this anxiety that he may have died and I wouldn't even know. Eventually I was able to let go and trust, knowing his life was his own and at the end of the day I had no control over his choices. I think there is no easy answer here, you just have to trust your self and listen to your own limits
