I try not to get bogged down with all the online stuff. I also swear AI just wants everyone to break up. Its not helpful or useful.
I did just see a reel however that has stuck with me. The man was talking about relationships and he said 'instead of seeing it as a breakup, try thinking of it as a breakthrough' what can you learn about yourself and what can you improve for next time? There will be a next time. The good thing about love is that it's unlimited. You will always have more to give. 🫶

i know that “breakthrough” line can feel helpful on some days and feel impossible on others
when you saw that reel, did it actually bring you comfort in the moment or did it leave you feeling like you had to be “better” faster?

HONESTLY, we already broke up but it’s showing me reels like “when you miss him, just remember all the times you had to pay for dinner” and I was like yessss cause f that broke boy, BUT HOW DO YOU KNOW
You’ve got this, friend. IG algo has been targeting me heavily with breakup reels, and it’s not easy being bombarded with that. The bonus is that sometimes you do get hit with something that resonates - there will be a next time :)
