i started feeling better in just 7 days and today i saw him and i stalk his id he was chilling in ladakh i was suffering so my frnd said he loves u really i have seen i convince him he is changed now he said u should try obe last tome i go to him he again said this will not work i ruined everything my no contact move on and it was so bad i can’t explain in words my eyes are swollen i can’t decide wheather he is gud or bad he end at very positive end again i am not good for you

please try to breathe. you were maybe pushed a bit by your friend not that they meant it in a bad way. try to accept what he told you. maybe the 7 days isn’t enough for him. take care of yourself take a shower drink some water.
