Its only been 4 days and the breakup was really messy as he broke up because because of an outside situation ( not cheating situation) . More of a stressful situation that he could not handle. I feel horrible as I dont know what I did to deserce to be treated the way he treated me at end. I keep asking myself why it has be like that. So when will I stop asking these questions . I will really be grateful for any help ðŸ«

this is SO fresh. i wouldn't push yourself to have everything figured out yet.
asking myself the exact same question. 💔 four days in, i was replaying every conversation and trying to find the moment i could've changed. it took me a while, but those questions got quieter once i stopped expecting answers from someone who couldn't give them.
has he actually explained what that outside situation was, or did he mostly leave you trying to fill in the blanks on your own?
yeah. I was dealing with a stalker situation . And the stalker actually went to his house. So everything became so messy and he could not handle the stress. And he accused me of being associated with my own stalker. Even tho I filed reports and stuff still he said I am associated with him . and left calling me crazy and psychopath
@CozyCrew249 Might be a really stressfully situation for you both. Everyone handles stress differently. You hear crazy stalking situations everywhere. Maybe subconsciously felt it for him more safe to quit it, and be mean to you for safety as well which isn't a strange idea. not saying it's a good strategy, but it can make sense. Stay strong, and especially give this time to cool things down
Hi, I just want to say I can really relate to you right now. My ex was very agressive in the end to me about a outside situation too. You said it right;" HE could not handle" ...
When we give this time hopefully he realizes that the entire relationship wasn't bad... something people just push people away who are closest to someone.
Anyways: you don't deserve to be treated this way, like you said. it feels bad because ur brain wants closure and it feels kinda unfair. Waiting on an apology.. but at the same time... you don't want to be with someone who can't control himself and you don't want that something like it repeats in the future. I think no contact is actually the best you can do for yourself. You got this!!
thank you. I can related to that. Its hard. I wish he would have supported me thru tough time. I am just left with questions. And at the end it felt like he was a different person .
