The silence is an answer. It doesnt define your worth or whether you meant anything. Its your sign to move forward. I wish my ex never reached out, it made everything 100x harder
that silence messes with your head. i had to stop using my ex's lack of contact as a measure of what we had, because it was keeping me stuck every single day.
no of course not if that person doesn't reach out it , it doesnt mean they never loved you maybe they loved you alot maybe they still do but they are afraid to reach out but all these are simply speculations at the end of the day you'll never know for sure what they are thinking so for now don't blame yourself ❤️ you are more than enough try and do the things you love and focus on yourself even if it's easier said than done.

Mine never reached out either. It’s painful, but if our exes did reach out it would reset all our healing to day 1. It’s a gift, it just doesn’t feel like it.
