i deleted his number today, on my birthday. he never texted, and i finally decided i needed a clean slate. every trace of him is gone and honestly i feel both devastated and strangely empowered.

normal. I removed all traces and changed my number. I will never go back to this toxic cycle of 10 years. I still think of him daily but with more clarity. 5 months since break up. day 56 no contact. I do feel a lot better but I still have waves of saddness and hating that he truly never loved me.
