is it really a no contact and fair if she can just peek into my night gaming vc whenever she wants to and I can't do the same because apparently I haven't "move on" and she can because she moved on already and joined the vc because i'm non-existent and a stranger for her and i can be there only because i'm her "colleague"? and in fact, she kicked me from her server because she thinks i can't move on because i saw her everyday? but nowadays she can just joined my vc randomly?

i'd honestly stop trying to make their version of no contact feel fair. if seeing her pop into your vc keeps reopening everything for me, i'd protect my own peace and change the settings so she can't just appear whenever she wants.
does she actually want no contact, or does she just want no contact when it's convenient for her?

Just focus on your healing. It may be beyond her to keep peeking. The doube standard and gaslighting is shitty though. Not cool. Good riddance
