what would u do if everytime you get into a heated argument your girlfriend doesn't speak to you for days and ends the relationship everytime. but she's pregnant would you keep forgiving the person to come back in your life and when they feel a certain way they run away again and again?

i'd be struggling with the same question too. when she comes back, has she ever actually talked about changing this pattern, or does everything just go back to normal until the next argument?
everything goes back to normal for a week or so then she does it again and again
I always try to talk to her but she is always really to leave me and tells me she doesn't love me but I am always there for her but she treats me like I am nothing and she's at university and I am in another country and she's pregnant as well
i've been there with someone who'd disappear after every argument and come back once things cooled down. i kept forgiving it because i loved her, and every time she left it hurt a little more.
I think you both need to sit and talk everything together, like deep talk. It looks like she have some wounds or fears she won’t communicate directly and the best desition when she is triggered by it looks like to leave to feel safe maybe. If she also pregnant all the hormones are higher up, she needs support and feel safe. You need to talk out the main reason why she is trying to leave again and again, whats the main issue and then maybe you will see clearly path and can decide what to do next
