what do you think you'd be hoping to get from them if they came back?
its complicated coz we have a kid together.....and i don know how to deal with someone that you know will forever be in ur life
i was terrified my ex would come back because i knew one message from them could undo weeks of progress. that fear alone made me realize i needed to decide my answer BEFORE they ever reached out.
holding onto a fear will prevent you from moving on. This narrative will play games with your head until you hold onto the facts. The fact is you are no longer together and you will benefit from returning to your sense of self.
if he comes back, you will deal with it when it happens.
they always come back just have to have the strength to say no
Based on my own experience my ex came back however when he started talking to me i was just being polite and friendly, because by that time that he will reach out, emotions are more calm, it's up to you if you want to open the door again and give him a second chance, as for me i gave him a second chance but here i am again so i'm closing the door for good this time.
