I found the books it's called a break up because it's broken, breakup on purpose, win your breakup really helpful. there articles online about no contact. tracking your no contact on here really helps. if you slip up and contact them or you take there call you can always start again day 0. you soon learn to go cold turkey. it's also best not to jump back into dating right away and give yourself time to reflect and grow and process things.
