Hi everyone, I am really struggling. I was with my ex for 8 years, we built a life together and lived together. My sons thought of him as a step dad. 3 months ago he discarded me and left.
Yesterday I found out he has a new girlfriend and I am completely crushed. I am having major panic attacks and my mental health is on the floor. Any help or advice will be much appreciated x

I am so sorry! I was left from 9 year relationship, one day he just came home and told me that he doesn’t want me anymore, few days ago he told me how much he loved me and we planned buy a dog together and the next he didn’t want me. My whole life shattered, I am grieving our relationship so much.. I don’t know when pain fades away, everything remembers me of him, I am living is stress and panic mode for whole 2 weeks alone now, it’s hard, but I hope one day it will get better
