i've had dreams like this about my ex too, and i'd wake up missing him all over again. it felt so real, but i don't think dreaming about kissing him means anything bad is going to happen.
i used to overthink every dream about my ex, wondering if it meant i should reach out or if i was going backwards. honestly, i learned to let the dream be a dream without judging myself for it.
makes lots of sense though I didn't judge myself sometimes bad dreams come through the people we once loved or love but carry meaning
when you woke up, did you feel happy and miss him more, or did the dream leave you feeling sad and unsettled
I didn't feel anything about him I was just concerned about its meaning if meant something really bad
Your dreams are a safe way to live out fantasies. Your brain is probably searching for familiarity and comfort. I wouldn't look into it as having meaning. Dreams are nothing bad
