he’s actually trying to make room for you at all, or does it feel like you’re the one holding everything together?
i’m in the same spot, i’m trying to let go but it’s really hard
sorry you're going through it too. i had a few weeks of intermittent contact, now i'm blocked... it's getting easier now that i don't have the temptation to message. stay strong, stick to no contact. it's still hard, but you'll save yourself the pain and anxiety of anticipation, and prevent it all from dragging on.
@silly I’m thinking of doing this myself but I find it really difficult to do…. At this point I’m still checking her social media so now and then but I realise it is not making me any happier…. But totally blocking her feels like a childish thing go do…
start taking words like that at face value. if someone says they don’t have time for me, i treat it as they don’t have space for me in their life right now, and i stop waiting around
I'm not expecting anything right now, or any time soon. He said he wanted to be friends and that he wasn't going anywhere, but a couple days later he blocked me. All these mixed messages, I don't know what to think. Just NC? Or is it all over...
