I had a 6 years of relationship with my ex boyfriend. In the beginning of the story he was very lovable and caring which impress me. We created a good bond with each and helps each other in their hardship but on 4 June 2025 I got to know that he was flirting with another woman which breaks my heart and it's feel like 100 of needles were pricking my heart which unbearable. My dream of being with him scattered in pieces. So, many problems he has created and makes me a villian and become a nightmare which I can't explain it here. it's been 11 months of our breakup still I love him and get his memories and I feel very weak that I am not able to move and my ex moved on and happily travelling everywhere and here I am being weak and crying instead of studying as I have exam tomorrow.

i know this feeling way too well. honestly the thing that helped me most was stopping myself from checking what my ex was doing because every new photo or trip felt like reopening the wound again and again.

i’m wondering, do you think part of what’s hurting so much is that he made you feel like the bad person after HE betrayed you? because that kind of blame sticks hard.
yes, it's hurt very much but it hurts more when the person is playing good character and blaming you to be a bad person and still he cheats.
i stayed stuck on someone for almost a year after he cheated too, meanwhile he looked completely fine online and i was falling apart every night. that feeling of being replaced so easily really messes with your head 💔
