the “what about my pain?” part hit me. has he actually told you he needs space, or is he just disappearing and leaving you to guess everything?
he said he needed space flat out, but it’s been agonizing.
when i stopped sending message after message, i realized i was trying to force closeness from someone already pulling away. that silence HURT, but chasing hurt worse for me.
blowing up my ex’s phone while he posted sad music like somehow that counted as communicating with me. begging feels humiliating until it’s the person you love.
