after 14 Days she sent me a txt saying - I have news and asking how I am ? what do I do with this ? I am very curious and it looks just like a breadcrumb. I so do want to answer but dont want to give her the power again over me. driving me insane as it just keeps repeating in my head. For now holding strong - i have realised she is a proper narcissist so dont want to fall back into the trap , What do I do ?

i'd be staring at my phone too. before the breakup, did she usually send vague messages like this to pull you back into conversations, or is this the first time she's done it?
it was on a downward trend somedays otherdays it was great. i think what hit home is that she made no effort anymore if you care or love someone you you make tgat person a priority you want to see them tgat was not happening anymore. now I move on and she reaches out ? very confusing

14 days is not long enough, its typical breadcrumbing, checking to make sure you are still there for her. Don't fall for it. If you reply, she'll more than likely ghost because she got what she wanted, your attention
