for the past WEEK straight I’ve been having dreams about him and for the past 3 nights it’s been the same dream: him talking to another girl already , but every night it’s a different random girl and I end up waking up with a heavy heart, idk why i keep having these dreams maybe I’m js thinking about him a lot?

those dreams can mess with your head
did something happen recently that brought him back into your mind, or have these dreams just started showing up out of nowhere?
i used to dream my ex had already moved on, and i'd wake up feeling like the breakup had happened all over again. those mornings were the hardest.
That sounds like torture. It would be your brain processing the breakup.
