blocking my ex felt brutal at first because it made the breakup feel so final, but every day i kept them blocked was one less day spent checking for signs.
Yeah it felt good especially when i look at the timer here on this application keeps me motivated.

I am proud of you 🙏 I don't have the strength to block him yet, I keep checking when he is online, I think I am still seeking some kind of connection, but I can't let it go yet, it'll probably take more time..
A piece of advice and this help me a lot as an anxious person if it's messenger or instagram turn off your active notifications so that you won't see if he is online or not, i know it's hard but they say it takes 22 days to make it a habit no pain no gain 💪

@estellemrt hahaha its true especially he is from Pluvigner he always say he ia stubborn lol, yes we are ldr for 2 yrs and he visited me twice no cheating or abuse that happened, it just we dont communicate well and he is an avoidant.
