this was hard for me to before him I had to figure it out all the manly stuff when I was with him I was a princess it felt soo nice now i noticed this stuff I used to have him do is triggering because it was a relief not to have to worry about it but it gets easier so proud of you.
this made me smile. 💛 i'm slowly learning that every tiny thing i do for myself builds a bit more confidence, and those little wins really add up after your world gets flipped upside down.
Proud of you! The only thing that helps me rn is to completely occupy my time and keep busy with something- anything.
after my breakup i had to figure out so many little things i'd always left to someone else. the first time i fixed something on my own felt way bigger than it probably looked.

this honestly is so relatable! mundane frustration can really trigger bigger things!
You go girl! proud of you. 🫶
